Nepenthes ‘Miranda’ is nothing short of stunning. Beautiful green pitchers, liberally speckled with deep red spots, adorn the leaves of this pitcher plant when full-sized. It is one of the easiest Nepenthes to grow, and will do very well in a sunny windowsill with minimal care, or outdoors in shaded to partially shaded conditions (depending on where you live).
PLANT CARE:
Light:Semi-Shade
Water:Lots of Water
Fertiliser: Nepenthes ‘Miranda’ grows very slowly and doesn’t require added fertilizer. Replacing your plant’s potting soil once a year should provide them with more than enough nutrition. Remember, plants get their energy from sunlight, not fertilizer!
Soil:Nepenthes ‘Miranda’ is very sensitive to dry soil, so choose a potting soil that retains moisture. A good soil will still drain well and contain lots of organic matter such as coco coir or sphagnum moss.
