In any unlikely event, you receive an item that is physically damaged, or incorrect size/type, please reach out to us for exchange or return within 7 days from delivery date.
As our ambitious standards, there will not be any unhealthy plant release out for delivery, thus we will not accept any return if change of mind, or dehydrated, infested at your premises.
Exemption:
You are allowed up to one time exchange for each order received.
If you are not satisfying with the products, you may request for refund. However, Delivery charge, discounted items are not allowed for return/exchange.

Flowers/Fruit plants are seasonal and plants may not have flowers/Fruits at the time order.
Plants are naturally unique in each pot; thus the actual plants may not be exact as pictured, however the size is equivalent.
The plant come in nursery poly bags, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, please select repotting service if you wish to have it in a present pot.
Overall Height is measured from the bottom of the pot to the tallest point of the plant. In some point, the plants you received may higher than specified as plant grow from time to time.

As this is live plant products, please accept minor nature defect on leaves such as hole, spots, crush … within acceptable healthy range, especially exotic collection plants may come in its unique beauty and size are rather smaller than expected which compared to other common species.
